What we collect

• Your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and district, when you place an order.
• What you ordered, and messages you send us on WhatsApp.
• Anonymous visit statistics (which pages are viewed and which items are added to baskets), through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These use cookies.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• Your delivery details are shared with our courier, only to deliver your parcel.
• Visit statistics help us see which items and posts people like. They don't include your name, number or address.

On your phone

Your basket, your language choice and the details you typed at checkout are saved on your own phone, so you don't have to type them again. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Your choices

Message us on WhatsApp to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or ask us to delete them. We keep order records only as long as we need them for our accounts.
