Questions
How do I order?+
Add items to your basket, fill in your delivery details and tap “Send order on WhatsApp”. Your order opens in WhatsApp; send the message and we confirm it with you.
Do I need an account?+
No. Just your name, WhatsApp number and address. Your details are remembered on your phone for next time.
How do I pay?+
Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Or pay by bank transfer and we send our account details on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged when you place the order.
How long does delivery take?+
Usually 2–4 working days after we confirm your order, anywhere in Sri Lanka.
Is the price on the website final?+
Yes, the price you see is the price you pay, plus the delivery fee for your district. We check prices at the shop regularly, and each item shows when it was last checked. If anything changed, we tell you on WhatsApp before you pay.
What is the wholesale price?+
Many items are cheaper per piece when you buy several. The minimum is shown on each item, and you can mix sizes. The lower price is applied in your basket automatically.
How do I choose my size?+
Many items list measurements in inches; tap “Size guide” on the item. Not sure? Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll measure it at the shop.
Can I exchange an item?+
Yes, within 7 days for a different size. See returns & exchanges.
How do I track my order?+
Your order message has a “Track my order” link. Open it any time to see where your order is, including the courier's tracking number once it's on the way.
